It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Andy Mattice (Collingwood, Ontario), who passed away on September 11, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Andy Mattice to show support.

He was predeceased by: his partents, Ronald and Linda Mattice. He is survived by: his wife Tracey Mattice; his in-laws, Ted and Nancy Longley; his sisters, Tammy (Bob Lowe) and Terry-Anne (Pierre Labre); and his close friends, Bryan, Mary Lou Cleary, Jamie and Carolyn Dunn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Creemore Legion.

Playing, coaching and on the executive of Creemore Minor Hockey, Andy requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Clearview Minor Hockey in his memory.
