He was predeceased by: his partents, Ronald and Linda Mattice. He is survived by: his wife Tracey Mattice; his in-laws, Ted and Nancy Longley; his sisters, Tammy (Bob Lowe) and Terry-Anne (Pierre Labre); and his close friends, Bryan, Mary Lou Cleary, Jamie and Carolyn Dunn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Playing, coaching and on the executive of Creemore Minor Hockey, Andy requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Clearview Minor Hockey in his memory.
