He was predeceased by: his parents, Captain Wilbert Jones Wellman and Sarah Rebecca; and his siblings, Norm, Roy, Ford and Molly.
He is survived by: his wife June; his son Jeffery (Sandra); his grandsons, Joshua Lawrence (Robyn) and Marcus Allan; his siblings, Kaye Fradsham and Jim Wellman; and his sister-in-law Jean Dunn.
