He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Benjamin Noad and Ada Noad. He is survived by: his wife Judith Carole Ormiston; his sister Elsie Crummy; his niece Lynda Grbowski; his nephew Gordon Theakston; his sister-in-law Janet Ormiston; his sister Patricia Theakston; his nieces, Catherine Perry, Rosemary Campbell, Theresa Pretzer, Jeanette Morrice and Joanne Mitchell; and his nephew Philip Theakston.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in Cliff's memory.
