He was predeceased by: his parents, William Balkwill and Velma Balkwill; and his siblings, Shirley Hardy, Art Balkwill, Bev Balkwill, Don Balkwill and Merna Stagg.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Balkwill; his children, Rhonda Elliott (Kevin) and Rob Balkwill (Candy); his grandchildren, Amber, Natalie, Sara and Nathan; and his siblings, Betty Jorgenson, Marilyn Paine, Walter Balkwill and Elaine Hanson.
As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Bob may be made to the Mariposa House Hospice, Severn or to the Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County and may be made through the funeral home.
