He was predeceased by: his son Gavin Prince (Taylor); and his fathers, Donald Prince and Donny Bremner. He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Simcoe, Darrell Prince (Heather) and Allan Prince (Shelley); his parents-in-law, Bill and Helen Van Valkenburg; his siblings-in-law, Cindy Van Valkenburg and Billy Van Valkenburg; and his close friend Dan McIntyre (Dorothy).
