He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann; his parents, Hilton Cook and Jeanette Cook; and his sisters, Muriel, Annie, Esther and Violet.
He is survived by: his sisters, Robena and Lillian. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In accordance to directives put in place by provincial governing bodies, the Covid-19 protocols are being followed such as facial coverings, providing proof of double vaccination with ID, contact tracing and passive screening signage for guests to self-assess.
As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Charlie may be made to St. George's Anglican Church, Fairvalley, the Soldiers' Memorial Hospital Foundation "MRI" or to Mariposa House Hospice and may be made through the funeral home.
