He was predeceased by: his son Brad Kerr; his grandsons, Justin Foster (Taylor) and Tanner Foster (Claudia); his brothers, Norm and Bob; his nephew Wayne; and his siblings-in-law, Ethel Kerr, Don and Daleen Lovering.

He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kerr; his daughter Debbie Foster; his nephews, Allan, Jeff and Brian; his niece Christine; his close friend Brent Malec; and his pets, Foxy, Dante and Nini. He is also survived by his family, friends.

As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Blaine may be made to the Soldiers' Memorial Hospital and may be made through the Funeral Home.
