With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Walter Whitham of Cochrane, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2025 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Walter Whitham to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his sister Jean; his brother-in-law William Hedge; his brother Bernard; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Whitham and Albert Rogers.
He is survived by: his sister Joan Rogers; his children, Susan, Dan (Laurel) and Walter Junior; and his grandchildren, Meghan Edwards, Kelsey Edwards (Geoff Hayes), Ryan (Piper Morley), Kyle (Emily), Tyler Whitham (Emma), Katie Naray (George), Kristen Shaylor and Amy Lauzon (Charles). He is also survived by sixteen great- grandchildren.
