He is survived by: his girlfriend Kathleen Bradshaw; his parents, Bill Cowie and Teresa Cowie; his siblings, Gary Cowie (Nicola), Tracy Morewood (Jonathan) and Dianne Turk (Toby); and his aunt Kay Herley.
