He is survived by: his spouse Melissa MacDonald; his children, Amanda Nicol-MacDonald (Joshua), Justin MacDonald and Christian MacDonald (Samatha Kazmer); his siblings, Anita MacDonald-Arenburg (Todd), Donald MacDonald (Jeanette) and Carroll Ryan (Jim); his close friend Bryce Eagleson; his sister-in-law Jennifer Tahamtan; and his sister Kim Kwon (Max). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, friends.
