We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2023, at the age of 69, Thomas Edward Basinger (Cobourg, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Shirley; his daughters, Amy Skinner (Kevin) and Kimberly Sitarski (Brandon); his grandchildren, Lauren, Everett Skinner, Alexander and Kaysen Sitarski; his parents, John Basinger and Bernice Basinger; his siblings, Ric Basinger (Barb), Mary Bevan (Paul) and Rob Basinger (Joanne); his mother-in-law Audrey Bowman; and his brothers-in-law, Arnold Bowman (June), Earl Bowman (Marlene) and Gary Bowman (Nancy).

Those wishing to make memorial donations in Tom's honour can be made to Ed's House Northumberland Hospice.
