We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2023, at the age of 86, Sylvia Marie Polak (Cobourg, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Jerry. She is survived by: her children, Don (Barb), William (Naomi) and Sandy (Randy); her brother Will Hasiuk (Gail); and her sister-in-law Pat. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
