He was predeceased by: his parents, Pamela Seymour and Norman Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Picard; his sons, Spencer and Mitchell; his sister Sandra Dworatzek (Hans); his nieces, Kate and Jacquie of Guelph; his mother-in-law Rochelle Picard; and his siblings-in-law, Patrick Picard of New Brunswick and Michelle Picard (Terry) of Scarborough.

Due to Covid-19, anyone wishing to attend the visitation and/or service must RSVP MacCoubrey Funeral Home at 905-372-5132 during business hours (9-5pm).

If desired, donations may be made to Northumberland Hills Hospital Palliative Care unit.
