He is survived by: his children, Susan Halminen (John), David Ashton (Jennifer), Greg Ashton (Teresa) and Ruth Ashton; and his grandchildren, Stacey, Megan, Bailey, Matthew, Michael, Christopher, Brittany and Jennifer.
