He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Buttar; and his sibling-in-law Charlie Tinney. He is survived by: his significant other Faye Brown; his children, Donna McMurray (Craig) and Larry Buttar (Rose); his grandchildren, Keri Bester (Gregory), Ryan Miller, Mackenzie Brooks, Jacob Buttar (Samantha) and Eric McMurray; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Nathan, Benjamin, Georgia and June; his siblings-in-law, Robert Tinney, John Tinney, Don Tinney and Marie Maughan; and his extended family, Marilyn Wilson (Todd), Dianne Nicholls (Brad) and Lorraine Lawrence (Dave).
