She was predeceased by: her siblings, Lynda Laporte, Harold Whittaker and Douglas Whittaker. She is survived by: her significant other Robert; her children, Linda Szekeres (John), David (Lisa), Robert Jr. (Vangie) and Andrew (Cara); her grandchildren, Jamie, Aggie, Dave Jr., Kelsey, Hayden, Emily, Alison and Alanna; her great grandchildren, Oliver and Penelope; and her siblings, Shirley Tufford and Marion Donaldson. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
