He was predeceased by: his significant other Shirley Ferguson; his stepchild Michael; and his parents, Elmer May and Audrey May. He is survived by: his stepchild Shawn (Kim); his grandchildren, Nicole, Amber and Taylor; and his siblings, Peter (Audrey), Roger (Gale) and Barry (Therese).
