He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jack. He is survived by: his parents, Barry Wamboldt and Laura Chapman; his siblings, Taylor and Madison; and his grandparents, William, Loraine Wamboldt and Donna Chapman. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
