She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred and Kathleen (Gummy); her brothers, Fred and Ted; and her daughter Alyssa.
She is survived by: her husband David Aylsworth; her children, Mandy Cudahy (John), Tammy DeVantier (Phil) and Kaleigh; her sister Patty Ito (Bill); and her grandchildren, Emmy, Laynie and Holden.
