She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Smith and Mary Smith; and her siblings, Don, Madeline, Verne, Isabelle (Lockie), Muriel (Pinder), Jean (Case), Lorne and Shirley (Christie).
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Thain (John) of Pickering, Maureen Bilcox (Doug) of Marmora and Garth (Nancy) of Thessalon; her grandchildren, Rhonda (Leon), Michelle (Michael), Brian (Dawn), Scott, Tyler (Nicole) and Justine (Justin); her great grandchildren, Matthew, Easton, Jade, Gage, Emma and Jack; and also, Shirley (Cecil) of Warkworth and Elton Hutchinson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
