He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Skinner; and his brothers, John and Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Heather Skinner; his children, Jay (Kathy-Jo), Samantha (Jeremy), Christopher, Aaron and Connor; his grandchildren, Kayli, Madysyn, Braydi, Hudsyn, Elisa (Kerry), Gage, Cole, Ben and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Addilyn and Ella; his mother Marie Skinner; and his siblings, Robert and Wendy.
