He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bruce and William (Audrey); and his siblings-in-law, Irene Atkinson, Doreen Mulholland, Alfred Whitlock, Joseph Occhipinti, Ken Mulholland, Jim Chisholm, Michael Dignan, Robert Atkinson, Pamela Rathbone and Joan Rathbone.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Kristina; his children, Paul (late Kristina) and Mary (Bradley Whitwell); his grandchildren, Eric (Kayla), Tyler Rathbone (Christine) and Dr. Sarah Whitwell; his great grandchildren, Hannah and Noah Rathbone; his brother John Rathbone (Pam); his sisters-in-law, Audrey Rathbone, Winnifred Occhipinti, Gladys Chisholm, Doris Scott and Jane Dignan; and also Murray. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements are pending due to current COVID restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the St. John's Anglican Church Memorial Fund, 272 Wilson Street East, Ancaster, Ontario L9G 2B9, would be appreciated by the family.
