He was predeceased by: his wife Eunice Beatrice Osbourne; and his brother Wesley. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Mills (Bonnie), Rev. Ralph Mills (Patricia), Debra Mercer (John), Rev. Lester Mills (Sharon), Wesley Mills (Cathy) and Pamela Nettleship (Gary); and his sisters, Ruth Wilfong and Florence Mills. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
