It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Garnet Bondy (Cobourg, Ontario), born in McGregor, Ontario, who passed away on April 29, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Bondy; his children, Madeleine Walsh (Grant) and James Bondy; and his sister-in-law Blanche Ruston. He is survived by: his children, Joan MacKenzie, Patricia Galipeau (late Gary), Rosemary Nicholson (Don), Margaret Gordon (Steve), Gerard Bondy (Penny Abrams) and Annette Meadows; his siblings-in-law, Ulric Knapp, Irene Quenneville and Allan Knapp; and his close friend Gayl Nelson. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
