He is survived by: his wife Patricia Butler; his children, Alyson Butler (Bob Hoskin) and Cheryl CoDyre (Terry); his grandchildren, Luke Codyre (Caitlin) and Katey Toledo (Ryan); his niece Trisha Bartkiw (Myron); and his nephew Stephen Butler (Ginny).
