It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Anthony Douglas Graham (Cobourg, Ontario), who passed away on June 7, 2022, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Jane De Jong (Garry) and Pat Chamberlain; his siblings, Nicole Graham (Tom), Luke De Jong, Jeff De Jong (Mandy) and Dylan De Jong; his nieces and nephews, Lily Graham, Ari Graham, Ella Graham, Charlotte De Jong, Grady De Jong and Dawson De Jong; his extended family, De Jong, Patrick and Christian O'Connor; and also Chrissy Wamboldt (Wayne).
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Addiction Services Central Ontario. You can also donate, by offering an open heart and support to those who may be struggling.
