He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Tollan and Margaret Tollan; his siblings-in-law, Jack and Ada Archer; his brothers, Douglas Morrison and Gordon Tollan; and his son-in-law Andrew Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Tollan; his daughters, Angela (Leonard McGrath) of Douglas and Melissa (Chris Facciol) of Belize; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Morgan (Riley), Katie, Emma, Jack McGrath and Natalie Lowe.
