With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John McKeen (Cobourg, Ontario), who passed away on December 10, 2019 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John McKeen to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Stirling, Marie, Alex and Lloyd; and his parents-in-law, Alice and Peter.

He is survived by: his wife Judith McKeen; his children, Matthew (Rebecca), Gloria (Oscar), Ward (Angela) and Wade (Laurie); his grandchildren, Dennis, Jessica, Chalmers, Olivia, Megan, Fraser, Fiona, Oscar and John; his great grandchildren, Lucca and Camilla; his siblings, Harris and Evelyn; and his siblings-in-law, Wilfred, Maxine, Dave, Tom, Cheryl and Fay.

In memory of John, donations can be made to The Golden Plough Lodge and we would like to thank their staff for their kind care of John.

“Sorry for your loss wade. I first met your dad when i was going to the west collegiate. He owned the supertest across, & to the east of the school & him & uncle loyd had quick cars (albeit chrysler products) shortly after that & still high school i started working for uncle alex at the esso beside what was then the medical center. Then after that worked with uncle loyd on covert st. Hair styles have come & gone over the years but your dads never changed. (also that infectious smile) george tay”
