With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Liptay (Cobourg, Ontario), who passed away on April 5, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Liptay and Mary Bujda; and his siblings, Helen (late George), Mary (late Henry), Joseph and Anna.

He is survived by: his spouse Suzanna Liptay; his children, Deirdre (Antonio), Margaret (John), Tressa (Ali) and Paul (Maryna); his grandchildren, Aaron (Samantha), Rachel, Sam and Emma (Jonathan); his great grandchild Logan; and his siblings, Albert (Friedel), Elizabeth (late Hugh), Catherine (Andy) and Stephen (Lynne).

Memorial donations may be directed to St. Mary's Church Steeple Fund.
