He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilhelmus Berlie and Margaret Berlie; and his daughter Karin. He is survived by: his children, Monique Spooren (Alex), Jenny Schrurs (Maurits) and Hans Snelders (Janneke Moonen); his grandchildren, Dani, Brent, Ties, Guusje and Daan; his sister Dorff (Bernd); his niece Monika Borst (Mike); his great-niece Maggie; and his nephew Karl. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no service at this time.
