He is survived by: his wife Louise Mae; his children, Guy Jr. (Joyce), Gary and Tammy (Stacy); his grandchildren, Stephen, Chelsea, Theresa, Mitchell and Kurtis; his great grandchild Oak; his stepchildren, Teresa (Mike) and Jason; his stepgrandchildren, Lynsay, Jacob and Marisa; and his siblings, Ray, Gerry, Paulette and Denise.
