He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Nairn; his parents, Walter Nairn and Maggie Nairn (Sinclair); his grandson Tyler; and his siblings, Cathy, Elsie and Robin.
He is survived by: his children, Janice, Jim (Darlene), Kathy (John), Julie (Jim) and Peter (Kristina); his grandchildren, Travis (Deb), Tiffany (Cory), Andrew (Brittany), Curtis, Jordan (Sarah), Matthew (Brooke), Adam (Marco), Justin (Katelyn), Maggie (Tyler), Molly (Brock), Emily and Ben; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Noah, Anjolina, Cash, Lachlan, Camden, Lennon and Londyn.
