It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacoba Sijgje Ottink (Cobourg, Ontario), who passed away on June 9, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Tieman Ottink; her parents, Hendrik Haren and Gijbertie Van Haren; and her brother Hendrik. She is survived by: her children, Edward Ottink (Carol), Bettina Pope (Neal), Marina Gallant (Stephan) and Collette Jezek (Joseph); her grandchildren, Neacolette Aschenbrenner (Jordan), Manja Horner (Dane), Hannah Pope, Carl Pope (Oana), Jeremy Pope (Catharine), Samuel Gallant (Erica), Claudia Gallant Holten Jezek, Sarah Gelinas (John), Hope Gelinas and Carter Gelinas; her great grandchildren, Talia, Jude, Livi, Gemma, Edison, Ellie, April and Jack; and her sisters, Cornelia and Else Kiesekamp. She is also survived by her family in Holland, her family.
