He is survived by: his wife Betty Molenaar; his children, Sheree-Lee Powsey (Clive), Daniel (Diane), Wendy Linton (Kim) and Natalie Ludergnani (Guido); his grandchildren, Alex (Claire), Karson (Bertine), Clayton (Jennifer), Nicholas and Isabella; his great grandchildren, Jake, Juliette and Ezra; his stepchildren, Penny Whitney (Aaron) and Jody Marriott (Sherry); and his siblings, Leo, Leida, Koos and Cor.

Donations in Jake's memory may be made to Life Outreach International.
