We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2019, at the age of 80, Howard Lorne Foster (Cobourg, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Foster and Alice Foster; his siblings, Dorothy, Phillis, Bruce, Marion, Marjorie, Raymond, Allen and Doris; his foster parents, William Smith and Laura Smith; and his brother Lyman Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his siblings, Beth and Robert Vernon; and his siblings-in-law, Eva Smith and George [Sally] Williams. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to CNIB or St John's Ambulance Therapy Dogs.
