He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Jeffery, Patrick and Rebecca; his children-in-law, Catherine (Patrick) and John (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Rachel, Coen, Kai (Jeff), Alexander, Jack, Sam (Patrick), Charlie and Nora (Rebecca); and also Fenna (Jeff).
