He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Carol Van Goch; his children, Aart (Carolyn), Michiel, Ewoud (Hilda) and Marjolein; his stepchildren, Scott and Pam (late Leon); his grandchildren, Christopher (Gavrielle), Jonathan (Amanda), Eric, Dylan (Helen) and Griffin; his stepgrandchildren, Lindsey (Niall), Codey and Hayley; his great grandchildren, Grayson and Maria Clare; and his sisters, Annemarie and Tineke (Wim).
