We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Harold Aage Jacobsen of Cobourg, Ontario, born in McCreary, Manitoba. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his children, Lynn and Ron (Sheila); his grandchildren, David, Amy (Justin), Kirsten (Scott), Eric and Michelle; and his sister Linda (Tom). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations in Hal's memory may be made to Ed's House Northumberland Hospice.
