He was predeceased by: his parents, Étiennette Chouinard and André Chouinard; his siblings, Gaétan, Marcel, Jean-Luc and Judith; and his sibling-in-law Claude.
He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Carl (Kaily) and Audrey (Paul); his grandchildren, Luke, Samantha, Adam, Laura, Claire, Catherine and Nicholas; his siblings, Bertrand, Alexandrine, Denis, Paul-Yvon, Mario, Pierre, Martin and Suzanne; and his siblings-in-law, Emilienne, Elise, Gilles, Denis and Lucie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Donations in memory of Guy can be made to the Northumberland Hills Hospital or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
