He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nickerson and Viola Nickerson. He is survived by: his wife Annette Nickerson; his children, Shelley Bedard (Paul), Stephen Nickerson (Beth) and Wendy Ito (Mark); his grandchildren, Amber Norman (Paul), Kristen Reid (Peter), Andrew Bedard (Summer Morrison), Amanda Chinnery (Kyle), Jessica Nickerson (Riley Herechuck), Lindsay Nickerson (Aaron Hunter), Taylor Nickerson (Kyle Mountenay), Justin Vandekemp (Katie Ellis), Kylie Ito (Matt Coolen) and Kathryn Ito; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Reegan, Mason, Charlie, Liam, George, River, Kolton, Hunter, Scarlett and Rory. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, his nieces, nephews, great- nieces and great nephews.
