She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Lackey; and her children, Debra Turk (Terry) and David Lackey (late Tammy). She is survived by: her children, Greg Lackey (late Denise) and Linda Rayner (Kelvin); her grandchildren, Sandy Turk (Adam), Jeremy Turk, Jazmin Houston (Ian) and Tammy Chamberlain (Tim); her great grandchildren, Anna, Colton, Kael, Tabitha and Natasha; and her siblings, Bill Chapman, Bernice, Lloyd, Hazel, Dorothy, Carl, Ron, Thelma, Lawrence, Ruth, Lola, Adele, Jack, Vera, Ray, Lyal and Harold.
