He was predeceased by: his sister Lisa Hogg. He is survived by: his wife Joan Crouch; his stepparent Marion Smith Hogg; and his siblings, Rhonda, Rosemary, Heather (Pete), Susan (Bob), Wanda, Mark, Arnold and Erwyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
