It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Marilyn Waterhouse (Cobourg, Ontario), who passed away on November 27, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Harold Baxter; and her siblings, Noreen Young and Beryl Dobson. She is survived by: her children, Michael Foster (Susan), Bambi Cochrane (Steve) and Cindy Sokay (Frank); her grandchildren, Ryan Foster, Sharleen Foster (Konrad), Amber Foster (Torin), Nicole Pratt (Ryan), Robyn Lawrie (Harvey), Miranda Cochrane (Jordan), Venetia Harper (Bob), Tara Sokay (Jeff) and James Sokay (Christina); and her siblings, Irene Simms (Lloyd) and Brian Jowett (Elena).
