It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edith Doherty (Cobourg, Ontario), who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Doherty; her parents, Joseph Coverley and Margaret Coverley; and her siblings, Margaret, Joseph, Jack, Ray, Ken and Gord.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Elliott and David Elliott (late Presteen); her grandchildren, Julie, Ashley, Cindy and Clayton; and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Joshua, Keegan and Jacob.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home (30 King St E, Cobourg, ON K9A1K7). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
