He is survived by: his uncle Dyl; his parents, Joyce Lichtenberger and Perry Lichtenberger; his grandmother Analies Lichtenberger; his sister Candice MacKenzie; his brother-in-law Darryl Seminksy; his nephew Marcus MacKenzie; his brother Adam Stoner; his wife Trisha Lichtenberger; and his daughters, Nova Melody and Aurora Analie.

In lieu of flowers, a daddy fund will be set up for Nova and Aurora to provide them with anything daddy would have wanted for them.
