She was predeceased by: her brother Keith Rose; her sisters-in-law, Dorraine and Eileen Rose; and her brother Merv Rose. She is survived by: her husband Ron Atkins; her children, Laurie (Rob) and Shaun (Tracey); her grandchildren, Blake, Sarah, Spencer, Hannah, Trent and Payton; her siblings, Ron Rose, Doris Matthews (Ginette) and Judith Cooper (Harv); her siblings-in-law, Karen Atkins, Marg DePinto and Sheila Rose; and her pets, Clark and Hazel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
