It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Arthur McWhirter (Cobourg, Ontario), who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Richard McWhirter (Debbie); and his siblings, Viva, Alymer, Eldon, William and Edward.
He is survived by: his wife Lorena McWhirter; his children, Susan Kerr (Sam), David McWhirter (Judy) and Heather Johnston (Glen); his grandchildren, Valerie (Frank), Stephanie, Adam (Alison), Matthew, Lindsey (Rocky), Kate (Jake) and Cal (Julia); and his sisters, Bertha and Gertrude. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
