She was predeceased by: her sister Joan (Ron). She is survived by: her significant other Chuck Skitch; her daughter Bailey Forfar; her significant other's children, Jason (Michelle) and Nicole (Johnny); her siblings, Sharon (Pierre) and Bob (Bev); and also, P. J., Elliot and Charlie. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
