He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Chamberlain and Rose Chamberlain; and his siblings, Gordon (Jeanette), Lawrence (Rosa), Marie (John), Charles (Brenda), William (late Alice), Ralph (late Lorna) and George.

He is survived by: his wife Shelly Chamberlain; his siblings, Harry Chamberlain (Ella), Ann Dafoe (late Ray) and Elizabeth (late Bill); and his grandchildren, Rachel, Cody, Brandon, Travis, Stephanie and Curtis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
