He is survived by: his spouse Alaina Miedema; his parent Jacob Miedema (Tammy); his siblings, Stacey Reinwald (Brad) and Jesse Miedema (Ashley); his stepsiblings, Paul and Jake; his grandparents, Jim, Anne Miedema, Henk, Jannie Vanderwel, Marion and Ed Kukasch; his parents-in-law, Helga Kukasch and Steve Russell; and his siblings-in-law, Krystal Russell Kukasch and Travis Russell Kukasch.
